Telehealth-COVID-19
Solutions Counseling and Consulting Group (SCCG) has expanded our services to telehealth in a quick response to the COVID-19 crisis. Telehealth will provide greater service access and remove potential barriers to behavioral health services for our clients during this time.
Services Offered
Solutions Counseling and Consulting Group offers professional counseling services designed to match each client’s unique preferences, circumstances, and needs. Our counseling services include:
-
Individual Counseling
Clients meet one-on-one on a regular basis with our counselors to identify life’s challenges and work towards desired change. During each session, clients are free to explore and talk about their concerns, thoughts, behaviors, relationships, and coping strategies while the counselor listens and offers guidance where necessary.
-
Family Counseling
If you are having problems as a family, whatever is causing them, family counseling can help. Family counseling involves the whole family and is designed to address specific issues that affect the mental health of the family, improve communication, and resolve conflicts. During sessions, family members are encouraged to open up and talk as a family in a healthy, non-judgmental way.
-
Group Counseling
Clients meet in small groups which are facilitated by a qualified counselor. Typically, counseling groups are organized around a specific issue. Group counseling provides an additional level of intervention and support by bringing together people who are struggling with the same issues. During group sessions, members are encouraged to share their stories and offer their insights to the other members.
You Are Not Alone
When going through a difficult time, it is easy to feel like you are alone and that no one understands you. The truth is, you are not alone. There are people around you, like your family and friends, who can help.
However, if you are more comfortable talking with a professional, Solutions Counseling and Consulting Group is always here for you.
